A short review of our work together: Before this, I had no experience working specifically in coaching format. There were sessions with a psychologist and psychotherapist for quite a long time, but at some point I realized that at this stage therapy wasn't quite what I needed—it lacked concrete actions and results. But coaching, as it turned out, is precisely about action and, as a pleasant bonus, about results. During each of our sessions, some kind of magic happened and many discoveries were made, which, as it turned out, were already within me—I just needed to recognize them and bring them to the surface.
